Don’t expect a new Renault capture on an aesthetic level, nor a face wash deep. The French brand officially presented at the Geneva Motor Show a restyling of its small crossover, but as we said, do not seek a high number of differences from the current variant, aesthetically it is relatively difficult to differentiate them. We almost have to play “find the seven differences”.
Renault capture has been one of the best sellers of recent years crossovers in our market and also one of the first urban crossovers, accompanying the Nissan Juke. If we take the view to 2016, we find that the Diamond brand marketed in Europe, more than 215,000 units, making it the King of the B-SUV segment (or B-segment crossover) at European level and also in Spain. In addition, we should mention that it is produced for everyone in the plant of Renault in Valladolid.
Because playing to seven differences, we see that the Renault capture can receive two new colors for the body such as the Atacama Orange and blue ocean, and a new color for the ceiling finishes Duotone is the Platinum gray. We also meet six configurations available for the interior depending on the shades and three external packs. In this way, the new Renault capture is more customizable than its predecessor.
On the other hand, we see that the front panel has been redesigned. We find, according to versions, with headlights full LED and daytime running lights in the form of “C” in the lower part of the bumper, as well as a new grille and protections on the ground which provide a more adventurous touch to your image. If we go to the back of the body we can observe that this luminous signature also appears on the pilots, as well as lower protections.
Renault capture offers four models of tires, two 16-inch and two others 17. Finally, the crossover from Renault incorporated, optionally a panoramic roof available in two-tone settings and adding brighter and feeling of space in the cockpit; but the negative side is that it is fixed and cannot be opened.
