Already several weeks ago you brought some official images of BMW which showed some designed prototypes of the various generations of M3, from two pickup to a Compact E36 with the M3 engine. Now, at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, has been left to see a monstrosity of BMW M3 E30, but with Touring body and, at the same time, only two doors on the sides. Yes, it can leave you slightly realigned, we also has happened.

The case is that Griot completo Garage has revealed it at the SEMA Show 2016 and explained the history of this unit. Apparently, the base of the vehicle is a BMW E30 Touring of the year 1989 that were enrolled for the first time in Japan. They wanted to do it a car striking and, above all, special; not limited to replace the motor and install new bumper, but that seems so out of factory.

In this way, the BMW M3 E30 Touring with 2 doors that we see in the images began to take shape. Responsible for conditioning the body were J-Rod & Custom, of Auburn. As we can see, removed completely the rear doors and adapted the body to install the front doors of the E30 Coupe of the time, significantly longer.

Longer posts, the guys responsible for the preparation of this rare family – coupé, decided to install the V8 engine used by series 5 of 1995 in its variant 540i, in addition to the gearbox of the same version and a limited-slip differential to convey more effectively the 286 cv of this propeller.

As it could not be otherwise, installed new suspensionsand tires on 17-inch low profile tires. The second row of seats was eliminated and now looks like a two-seat full of products in its area of cargo, with bodywork family, two doors and close to 300 HP. A combination too crazy, but also very attractive.
