Sales in France during September maintained the type

France is one of the most important markets for the European automotive industry. Thanks to him, the German and English the great crisis that has affected the sector notice of a milder form. If we focus on the ten best selling models, the ranking is as follows:

  1. Renault Clio: 9.024 units
  2. Peugeot 208: 8.728 units
  3. Renault capture: 6.706 units
  4. Peugeot 308: 6.095 units
  5. Peugeot 2008: 5.677 units
  6. Renault Megane: 5.377 units
  7. Dacia Sandero: 4,817 units
  8. Renault Twingo: 4.673 units
  9. Citroen C3 (2nd generation): 4.075 units
  10. Volkswagen Polo: 3.453 units.

As we can see, all them models except for the Volkswagen Polo (the Dacia Sandero it will count as French since is a Renault with others robes) are of origin French. In it, the Clio takes Peugeot 208 in the first place. In addition, the Peugeot 308 is shows as the compact more strong of the market, by the front of the more modern and newly renovated Megane.

If we are going to the brands more sold, the list is:

  1. Renault: 33.777 units
  2. Peugeot: 27.840 units
  3. Citroen: 14.569 units
  4. Volkswagen: 12.176 units
  5. Dacia: 8.566 units
  6. Nissan: 6.444 units
  7. Toyota: 6.209 units
  8. Ford: 6.112 units
  9. Opel: 5.648 units
  10. Mercedes: 5.613 units

As happens with models top selling, the three brands are national, and the fifth, Dacia, cannot accept it as equal. Among the top three there is no big surprises, since Renault continues to dominate in their land with an iron fist. Which is worse positioned is Citroën, since if neglected much Volkswagen will snatch you the bronze. The rest of brands sign a good month, although that more grows is Nissan, reaching a sixth since.
